76% of community clinics in developing countries collect patient data on paper (WHO). These clinics struggle with misdiagnosis, fragmented treatment, lack of doctor accountability and data analytics to track disease outbreaks. Current technologies are unaffordable, contain extraneous forms tied to insurance & billing, and have Westernized, “one-size-fits-all” methods of documenting care. Frontida Records is a nonprofit that builds low-cost digital health applications, such as electronic health records (EHR) systems, that help clinics in low-resource settings. Since Frontida uses low-code platforms to build our software, we can customize applications to adapt to the client’s needs, language, and culture, faster and cheaper than any company.
