O2 Cube
Lean Med LLC is developing essential healthcare technologies for underserved regions. Our first product, the O2 Cube, is a solar powered micro-oxygen production system aimed to deliver vital medical oxygen to low-to-middle-income countries. Using Nigeria as an example country, effective oxygen therapy has been demonstrated to reduce the likelihood of death by as much as 40%. We estimate there are at least 50,000 health facilities globally faced with limited infrastructure and rural locations resulting in the unreliability or high-cost to access oxygen with today’s alternatives. With those facilities serving 1.2 billion patients, this new product category in the medical oxygen industry creates a market opportunity of $750M.
